Project Management, Business Operations, & Strategic Planning

Plan ish —

Full stack studio management and operations practice for agencies that outgrew winging it.

What is Planish

A full stack solution for project management, business operations, and strategic planning, built for founders, agencies, and scaling teams.

Planish takes ownership of delivery, people, finance, and strategy: the infrastructure your company actually runs on. Systems get built, the PM seat gets filled or gets autonomous, decisions get data, and you get out of the weeds.

What Planish owns

Everything between the sale and the send-off: delivery, people, finance, and business strategy, plus the systems connecting them.

01

Project operations

Day-to-day delivery oversight, lifecycle standards, and project health.

02

Business & financial ops

P&L retros, margin oversight, breakeven forecasting, continual visibility into company health.

03

PM team management

Support, mentorship, and accountability. PMs who run confident and autonomous.

04

Tooling & AI automation

Tooling audits and AI implementation where it cuts cost and builds durable efficiency.

05

Resourcing & forecasting

Workload forecasting and resourcing, from core team out to freelancers.

06

Evergreen materials, capabilities decks, SOPs, templates, and early feasibility reviews.

07

Client lifecycle, relationship health, and the client experience end to end.

08

People operations

Hiring, onboarding, offboarding, HR processes, and people management.

09

Strategic planning

Long-term KPI, OKR, or EOS planning tied to where the business is actually headed.

How Planish works

No. 1

Build first, delegate second

We earn the 10,000-foot view by getting ground-level first. Repeatable systems, resourcing and onboarding procedures, and clear lifecycle processes before we step back.

No. 2

Supporting with air traffic control

Once the infrastructure is created, whether you want us in the weeds running projects or managing the PMs who run the projects; the systems will supply a confident and autonomous process, not reliant on escalation. SOPs and templates get adopted and iterated.

No. 3

Decisions follow the data

Margin, workloads, or tasking: we build habits that surface the right information at the right time. P&L retros, breakeven forecasting, scoping calculators.

No. 4

Less time on sales scaffolding

Evergreen materials and early feasibility reviews free the team to focus on the work that actually wins clients and becomes billable output.

Danie Ferrusi
About

Ground level first

I have over twenty years in tech and a decade embedded within startups and creative agencies serving biotech, health tech, frontier tech, gaming, nonprofit, entertainment, and education. I've sat at the intersection of business strategy, operations, and leadership, helping organizations turn ambitious growth aims into actionable steps, team cohesion, and aligned processes.

I've led delivery management, client success, and operations functions across early-stage and scaling companies. I know what it means when a team runs on uncodified knowledge and founder-led execution, and the bottleneck that puts on growth, profits, and client experience.

Planish was founded to support c-suite level teams with the right strategic roadmap and day-to-day operations, so that they can get back to high-impact and specialized work that serves the business.

Why "Planish"?

Ferrusi comes from ferrous: iron, Fe on the periodic table. My ancestors were ironworkers and jewelers, and the craft was passed down through my family. Planishing is how hammered metal is made smooth, and "hammering out imperfections until smooth" is the crux of operational efficiency.

Let's smooth
things out.
